one thing i have to remember to stay away from water 30 mins before i eat. we're working out timing in our house. i don't cook, so i'm training my hubby to give me that 30 min heads up before he gives me a dish of hot food :)
I am 6 weeks out and can really eat most things, even though I stay well away from sugar, I eat, funnily enough ....bread and cheese (no problem) and veg, a bit of chicken and fish. I think I could eat anything, but I just don't fancy it!!! But I cant seem to manage meat. Not that I don't think I can swallow it, but it just doesn't go down, if you know what I mean.
I eat yoghurts and that's about it. I am not loosing as much I want to, maybe 2-3lbs a week. Could be because of the carbs (bread) and not enough protein.
Lauren, although it takes more effort, eating dense protein will really help you eat less and stay satiated longer. Sliders are easy but wont get you where you want to be!
Hang in there!
