I can't believe it's only been 9 weeks post-op!! Gradually over the last 10 days or so I have begun to sleep without interruption for at least 6 hrs and more. What a difference!!! When I get up I am no longer dragging around wishing I could go back to bed. I have energy, and feel awake and alert.
I can't remember when...well I can't remember, it's been that long since I felt this good, awake, alert, and have energy. It wasn't that long ago(post op) that I was posting about being tired and needing to nap all the time, and kinda whining about no stamina! LOL Now if my broken down body would just be able to keep up with my energy level.
For those of you who read my posts...1st knee replacement is scheduled on 11/5/13, and the 2nd will be the second or 3rd week of Dec. Can't wait to be able to really walk again. It's been a long time.

P.S. What an excuse to get out of hosting Christmas this year!! LOL
