I am looking for a few friends to keep me in-line and motivated. I just recently went for my yearly check-up. Overall great (down side I ggained 26 pounds). Now I am not sad but I am not going back to the morbid obese woman.

So if you are interested in being my buddy, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have made three goals. I should say re-vamped the goals.

Onderland. 38 pounds away
walk 100 miles
Track my food.

Everyone encounters a little set back. Just keep pushing forward. I know you have it in you to lose those 26 lbs. You did it once, you can do it again. How much have you lost all together??

just set your mind to it...you can do it! you did it before..just go back to basics..i have had to do that to lose my last 12 pounds!

I was thinking about how good it felt tonight to measure and chew 30 times. Tomorrow I will find the GBS bunder I have and start reviewing.

I was told that everyone regains some of the weight....so don't feel guilty. It sounds like you have a good plan and obviously you know what you are doing. You did it once...you'll do it again. I don't think this journey ever really ends. Good Luck!

The main thing is you are keeping it in check before it get's to a point that you feel you can't do it...Nip it in the bud now...26lbs is far better than possibly 50lbs..

Hi Sharman. If you have a smartphone, I recommend the app LoseIt. I use it to track, food, calories, protein, fat and carb grams, weight and exercise. It's very convenient. I have an account on their website, and my phone updates my records on the web, so I don't lose data. Check it out. Keeping an excruciatingly honest food diary really helps me.

This is exactly what I needed. I found my GBS binder today and sleared it our and re-organized it. Now I am going to start re-reading the ideas and self analysis.

Go back to basics. I did the 5 day pouch test...you can google it, earlier this year and it took me back to the basic stages and to concentrate on portion control. I am 20 months out and very worried about gaining. I have hit goal and want to stay here.

Keep coming back to this site - the support is amazing!

Just think how hard you worked to get it all off and how much you don't want to go back down that road again.
