Wow, good or you.....I couldn't have most of the stuff your eating, until I was at least 6 months post-op. Mainly bread (which I couldn't handle until about 15 months after), steak, hot dogs, pork and pizza. The only fast food I can eat is Wendy's chili, a couple things from Taco Bell and a small french fry from anywhere.
It's great that your pouch is accepting of these things and I might be a bit jealous if you can eat a whopper, or anything like that...but if I don't try it, I won't miss it.

Way to go! Look forward to eating some day. Only 20 days post op and still on full liquids. Thanks for sharing and very inspiring!

yes kflecter I can eat a whooper. But don't get too jealous, afterwords I had that old loggy, bloated feeling. I've eaten more real food without that effect, but both times I've had fast food I got that feeling. I think it's the chemicals, so it'll be a rare event hopefully

Congratulations on the weight loss and being able to eat ! I am 13 weeks out and haven't even tried bread, pizza, or fast food yet. Pork doesn't settle well. But with all of that said it's ok. I love life!!!
