Are you having trouble taking pills? I am just 16 days out of surgery... I'm getting my pills in but its somewhat difficult... Protein drinks, applesauce, cream soups, zero calorie flavored water (I really like the strawberry and the fuji pear/apple from Walmart) and today they say I can add oatmeal... I could have been eating yougurt but I'm afraid of the sugar... Keeping it simple seems to suit me so not looking to expand my food list too fast...
Bull to all those folks who seem to feel like what we've done was kind of like "cheating" because I can't say its easy... but like you I'm feeling amped, determined and grateful.

I have no trouble swallowing pills or anything. I do not like oatmeal and I used to love it so I am not messing with that. If you do yogurt just make sure it is non fat or fat free. Light & Lively have a really goood one that is just 80 calories. Congrats on your surger Carasmom and welcome to the losers bench.

hello girls.. Today was 3wks out for me. I am struggling to eat my 90g of protein.. any suggestions? I am sick of shakes, but I make myself drink them to get all the protein. Eating food just grosses me out. I just want to eat fruit, but there is not enough protein. Feeling helpless!
