2nd holiday coming

I made it though my first holiday which was thanksgiving and next is christmas and I am soooo scared.

Any suggestions from anyone?

What are you afraid of? This is my first holidays since surgery as well...Thanksgiving seemed easy - I even cooked the whole meal and ate turkey and mashed potatoes - that was it. But tasted so good. Going to my sisters in New York for Christmas - may pose a challenge for eating but we will see.
Find out what you are afraid of and why and work through those - come up with a plan for holiday parties and get to gethers before they happen - so that you have nothing to worry about. Hang in there - we will get through these holidays together. :D

Christmas will be my second holiday also and I have to say that I am not worried one bit. I know my limits and I don't want to put anything in me that could jeopardize my success.

What about it is scaring you LadyDi?

There is a take a bite method, where you can try a little of most things that aren't pure sugar, or there is the maintain abstinenence, log you mealplan, bring your food and stay on it. I have been staunch, but may try the bite method this year, as long as nothing stays in my home!
