Has anyone tried crystal lite sunrise orange flavor?

I am thinkin it may not be so good. I been racking my brain as to why everything I eat makes me sick. This is the only new thing I have added in the last few days.

I haven't tried this drink. If you think it is the culprit it might be Roth avoiding it and see if you feel better. If not, may be time to check with the surgeon. Take care.

I dont drink those flavors but I do drink the cherry pom. after my revisionn in Dec I didn't tollerate crystal lt but two weeks ago it started sitting well again.

was it last night you had the chinese or am I confusing you with another post? if it was could you still have some blocked in there? be carefull get to the er if you need.

You are going to go thru that. A lot of things will agree with your body now and alot of things won't. You can eat something today and it will make you sick, try it again tomorrow and love it. Unfortuantely that is what we all have to look forward too. I never tried that Crystal Light flavor before. Also stop eating what you have been eating for a few days and try a whole new menu and see what happens then.

Keep a food diary for a week or so then you can track what seems to not agree with the frankenpouch! If you are nauseous with everything you are eating possibly a call to your doc is in order. d

I think that musta been someone else with the chinese, I haven't had the nerve to try that yet. Thanks for the advice folks. I have a dr appt today. I think I will leave the orange crystal lite alone for a while anyway.

hey hey....glad your feeling better sarge!!!
i drink about all the flavors of crystal light...except the ones with caffiene...i have never really had an issue...BTW...ocean spray makes some awesome sugar free little packet thingies...in fact i like them better...
