Hardly ever. But, at 17 mos out I can now gulp it down. I think 12 gulps is about an 8 oz serving for me. I have to make myself do this several times a day and I still don't think I manage 8 glasses a day.

I'm sick of water right now, trying Crystal Light this week.

I drink a couple a bottles room temp at work. Mostly live on coffee.

I'm still preop, but i drink crystal light type stuff like ALL DAY LONG! Or cold tea... I average about 150 oz a day... I seldom drink just water. I hope this habit will help me post op.

I'm not a big fan of water. I drink coffee, unsweetend iced tea, and vitamin water zero.

I am pre-op still but I can only drink flavored water. I love crystal light and Mio. It really helps get my glasses of daily water in.

Real cold water don't go down well. I drink mostly room temp water. My coffee doesn't have to be hot either. At work I get a cup then get busy and it gets cold, kinda got used to drinkin room temp coffee and water! My beely rebels to really cold stuff.

My pouch hates cold stuff! Cramps right up! I don't really like plain water, but Vitamin Water Zero has been wonderful. Water is getting in and I get an extra shot of vitamins to boot!

In a perfect world I would love and drink plenty of plain water. In the early days drinking "cold" was uncomfortable. Warm/hot liquids were and still are much more "comfortable" on the pouch. I have yet to get in the published amounts, That said I have not been dehydrated either. All of the "foods" you eat have a liquid content that counts towards the total consumed. d

I love MIO that is my favorite it has no calories and you can add as much or as little to flavor the water. There are so many choices to and now they have the MIO Fit going to have to try that as well. I just tried the new flavor Blueberry Lemonade and wow that was Delicious. I can not do just plain water either and do not want the extra calories. I don't do any caffeine at all so MIO is perfect. Have a blessed day.

I hate drinking water - especially plain water so I use a few lemon slices or buy Sobee, Crystal Light or anything that has a little flavor. My water has to be ice cold. Lately I have been drinking the Deer Park Seltzer Water with the Lemon or Lime flavor.

I only drank Diet Coke for years and years. I never drank water. Honestly, my addiction to DC is one of the reasons I put this surgery off for so long. I dropped it 3 months before my RNY and haven't picked up one since (except in my dreams, but I can't control those.)

Once I was relegated to water I shopped around. Turns out, I'm a water snob. Not all water tastes the same. Personally, I'm a Dasani girl. The first year I only drank it at room temp. Now (3 years out) I drink it cold. I rarely add anything to it. Be careful of the artificial sweeteners. They change the way our bodies handle insulin, they alter our taste buds, and they make many people crave carbs. If you must flavor your water, try something natural like an orange slice or
strawberries.

Hot tea in the morning is great for me. It also helps with the nausea I get after taking all the vitamin.
