when do you guys drink your protein drinks....i'm 6 months PO and i feel i need more protein but not sure when to drink it...morning? noon? evening? According to the label you are suppose to drink it right after a workouts but not sure if it's different in our cases...

Always drank mine when ever I wanted to. I also got some low calorie 20% protien bars at the pharmacy area in Wal Mart. They are handier to take to work.

Sometimes for breakfast bring it with me on walk, errands. Sometimes when I need a protein boost in the afternoon.

I drank mine every morning for breakfast for a year.
And sometimes I would have a second one for bedtime snack if my protein and calories for the day were too low.
I don't drink them every day anymore, but when I do it is for bedtime snack with all my pills.

Studies show people who get 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking burn more calories throughout the day than those who don't. I drink one first thing in the morning.

I tend to have one with me when I know that I will have a tough time stopping for a meal
