So I believe I have the start of a urinary tract infection. Normally I would just drink cranberry juice but I'm guessing I can't now cause of all the sugar. So what can i do?

I would call the doc, and they do make sugar free cranberry juice, i'd start drinking that, Good luck

I take a cranberry supplement. Check in the vitamin section of your store. No fruit juices are sugar free. There's always natural sugar. They can be low sugar or no sugar added.
You can't get rid of a UTI without an antibiotic.

You can lessen the symptoms by drinking lots and lots of water.

Please get yourself to the doctors before it gets to your kidneys.

Four months post-op, I thought I had a UTI. Those were the symptoms for the first couple of days. Was really a kidney stone. Hope you feel better!!
