I am only 2 weeks PO but when I look at others are loosing compared to me I feel like I am doing something wrong even though I know I am following Dr. and Nut orders. I think we all just loose differently and it depends on how much you had to loose to start. Personally I think 70 lbs in 4 months is Amazing and you should be proud of yourself!!
I was considered a "light weight" as my starting weight was 252 and I was told I will lose slower than some.... I am also learning to stop comparing myself to others.... I will go crazy doing that....
I finally started measuring my waist, and that has helped... Even when the scale is barely moving, the inches are dropping....
I too feel I should be smaller than a size 14, but considering I was a 22 I will take it.... I get compliments and disbelief from people all the time.... So it is working....
Hang in there... You are doing great.... Let your body adjust and move at its own pace.... Best thing we can do....
I take the approach with myself: I abused my body for a long time, I have to give it its own time to get to where it wants to be.....
Congrats on shedding 70 lbs you will never see again!! Yes, we all lose at different rates.
What do you mean you are still having a hard time with food? What is happening?
