Happy New Year everyone, it has been a minute and I hope you all are doing well. They say a pic is worth 1,000 words so if you want to know how I am doing, check out the new profile pic and also look at my photos I added some before and after. So tell me, how have you guys been doing? Last year was a hard year for me but by the grace of God I made it thru. The holidays was a little hard, I grazed alot instead of eating, gained about 5 lbs but the last week I lost 10 so I am definitely back on track. We all know this isnt a short term thing but a battle we will have for the rest of our lives, but we are all strong and will definitely make it to our goal. There will be some ups and downs but if we just do what we have to do we will give thru it. I didnt freak out when I gained 5lbs because guess what, we are all going to go thru that and more than once, it's about knowing when to pull yourself back and realizing that we came to far to jeopardize what we are working for. Wow, sorry about that guys I don't know where that speech came from, but maybe someone up here needed to hear it. Anyway love you guys and I will definitely start posting more. I also was having major laptop problems and that kept me off the site also. Now that I have ran my mouth what is going on, anything yall want to share with me. Time to play catchup.
