Remember, what you need is protein, not calories. Your body will burn the extra fat if you don't give it carbs...it will eat your muscle if you don't give it protein. So, only eat the carb calories if you want to keep your fat and lose your muscle.
When I was losing weight, I usually had a protein shake for breakfast, a protein bar for lunch and cottage cheese or meat for supper.
Hang in there!!

I went in for my 3 month checkup and the Dr said I would out grow this in time. I take all vitamins and supplements. I drink 3 protein shakes a day. Nectar has 23 g of protein without milk proteins. 3 x 31 ( my milk and protein) gives me 93 a day. I drink my water and fit in a slice of cheese or activia. I also get in PB2 or peanutbutter on 2 ritz crackers. IF I eat PB or cheese I cut my shakes to 2 a day. My blood test for protein showed 6.9 the expected is between 6.1 to 7.9...I am fairing well and feel great...down 60 lbs.
I hope you find something hun to get that Protein in. Its important and talk to your Nut. Dr, see if you have developed aversions to foods.
Blessings!

All kinds of cheese, since you like it, just vary the types...low fat if you can...but if not just eat the regular. Swiss, cheddar, havarti...whatever you can eat.
Good Luck:-)
