I work in a retirement community and the employees are allowed to eat in the cafe resaurant very cheaply at lunch time. There is a salad bar and enough of a selection that I have been doing very well with my diet that my NUT has me on. We have an awesome pastry chef that makes really good desserts. The past 6 weeks I have not been tempted not once that is until today...... He made an lemon crumble pie that looked sooooooo good. Everyone at the table where i was eating got it. I almost got up to get a piece, and then I was like no I will wait until I am done eating. When we were done with our meal instead of getting the pie I left the cafe and walked outside the long way around back to my office. I really wanted that pie but was able to walk away! In the past I would have eaten without even thinking about, I have come a long way in a short time!!
