Has anyone had issues with water??? I was okay at first but the past 3 days when I go to drink water.... Ice cold, cool, or room temp... It feels heavy and not right in my pouch. I've tried itty bitty sips and it still does it. Now if I add these mixes that I got from the doctor that taste like fruit drinks with protien in them it goes down just fine.

Well you know im a super newbie right now I LOVE WATER cant get enough of it....when you find out let me know I will be so hurt if I cant have ice cold water anymore lol...

I had to really work on how to drink water. I keep a filled bottle with me all day and drink on it all day. I would ask your doctor about how it's feeling in your pouch.

Yes, I still can not drink much plain water so I add crystal light to it. That is really all I drink.

I would just add low calorie flavouring to it if it goes down easier that way, I had to after my surgery water was just so hard for me to get down. Chrystal lights if you like strong flavour or MIO is new and you can add as much or as little as you want.

I have to do crystal lt but i make mine week. I also found I have to get bottles of a specific brand of water because tap or well water just hangs out in there and bounces around and makes me quezey.

Yes! I have been dealing with this for 2 weeks! I have tried every type of water bottle, flavoring everything! Struggling getting over 30 oz if thatt. I finally like evian and Fiji water the best- of course the most expensive. Tap water makes me really queezy. I can feel it like a lump in my pouch, I feel it go down and It bothers me. I find if i keep drinking it tends to dissipate. I think it's my body's way of saying "hey you waited to long to drink something ". Hang in there and just try your best, that's all we can do!

I noticed fancy bottle water goes down better then tap... Or one day I got some ice and water from my moms fridge... That tasted and felt real bad. LoL I was never a water snob before :-)~ But it goes down best with a flavoring to it. As crazy as it sounds I miss taking a nice big gulp of regular ol ice cold water :-)~

I don't have a problem with plain water, but like something with flavor.

I use Special K Protein H20 It's just like Crystal Light and other water additives, except it has 5 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber. I use the Pink Lemonade and it tastes just like Crystal Light or Sugar Free Koolaid. The added 5 g of protein in a 16oz bottle of water is an added bonus. They sell it at some Walmarts, but do sell it online at walmart.com and amazon. I think there is also a strawberry/kiwi flavor too.
