I know this has been asked before but I can't find it!!
I'm 4 months on the 21st and the hair loss has begun. How long does it last?!? I "prepped" by using a special shampoo and treatment that my stylist gave me but I'm still a litttle worried! Lol

Make sure you are taking biotin and getting plenty of protein. I also take juice festive from sams it is fruits and veggies dehydrated into a capsule. We font eat all the stuff we need snd it helps. I have not had any hsir loss. I am 6 months out. I also use Nioxin shampoo and moisturizrr

I started with Nioxin and then switched to Redken Intra Force after surgery. I noticed thicker hair in a few weeks. I was told Biotin wouldn't prevent, but I have it so maybe I'll start taking that!! Thx!!

I'm also taking Biotin and using Nioxin shampoo. My hair loss started shortly after surgery, but wasn't bad. I upped my protein last week and I think the hair loss has decreased.

3-7 months is the worst time. Then it eases off.

For me 3-10 mo was the worst. Nothing helped, me but it does grows back. Good luck! :)

Did you get the kit? The one with the shampoo and condition and other thingy....its like $40bucks? Im gonna go pick one up today :)

I did not do anything special other than some spray gel by Paul Mitchell, THICK spray by ???? (sorry can't rem) and a super light hair spray called Vavoom. I used a very light weight shampoo and a detangler by Paul Mitchell.
I did loose lots of hair .... which I could not afford as I have very thin hair anyway. It seemed like everyday there would be at least 20 strands of hair that would come out. It started about 3 months out and lasted about a couple of months. The best part is it came back thicker and a little fuller!!
It was very worth it!!!!!
