Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.

Hang in there. This is a lifestyle, not a diet. There will be challenges now and then, but it is doable!
Perhaps some weight training would help you to avoid further weight gain if you can manage that. Muscle is very active tissue, and it will burn calories even at rest. :)
My dr. Told me once I've hit maitanence to expect a little gain.
This maybe where your body wants you at.
Hang in there, don't be discouraged, follow the program and do what you can for exersice!
Don't lose faith, trust the process :-)
I think everyone has set backs from time to time. Your two angels are a very good reason to continue your journey. We are here to support you.
I had plantar fasciitis too and have to always wear my arch supports, but they made such a difference. It took me 2 months to get used to them, and now I never go a day without them.
In the meantime, keep on getting your proteins first, then your veggies. It will help keep the calories down while keeping you full and able to keep doing what you have to, to get your feet and your kids taken care of.
Keep us posted and know we're praying for you.
You are doing great. Please don't let 10 lbs and some physical issues discourage you. If you can't walk, bike. If you can't bike, go on you tube and find some exercises that you can do in a chair. YOU CAN DO THIS.
