You should be able eat anything you want as long as it's good lean protein, vegetables, and fruit.
Tonight we're having pasta with meatballs, I'll eat a meat ball and some salad. I don't eat pasta.

Tonight I had: 3 oz chicken breast, grilled in a non stick skillet on the stove topped with 1/4 cup salsa and 1 low fat mozzarella cheese stick sliced up long ways, cover to heat salsa and melt cheese. Transfer to plate and add 2 tablespoons 2% Fage plain Greek yogurt. Top with 4 quartered black olives. Very yummy!
