Was my 1st day that I was busy, and was wore out by the end of it. About 1/4 cup of malt-o-meal with some sugar free syrup for breakfast, protein shake for lunch, and for supper about 1/4 cup refried beans
(with a spoon of hot sauce and green sauce mixed in) at the Jalapeno Tree. Was my mom's birthday, and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be watching everyone else enjoy chips & salsa, queso, quacamole, and their meals. I just sat and conversated anticipating my beans! lol... I've also decided to only weigh once a week, I think checking every day is a little much, especially if my weight doesn't move. I am able now to get my whole days worth of liquids in, and now its time to try and get my protein goals met! So that's where I'm at...

PS- Sounds like a good idea about the scale if you can do it. I think I'll have my husband hide ours because I don't think I'll be able to stay off it :)
