hang in there girl!! :-D
Are you getting enough sleep? If I didn't sleep at least 8 hours, I didn't lose weight. Also, check your carbs. If you aren't eating any, try adding some fruits/veggies. If you are eating carbs, try cutting back. Whatever you can do to shake up your body.

I am about nineteen mos out and the honeymoon weightloss period left the building at about fourteen mos post op. What I do is eat high lean protein, lowfat, low carb for about three weeks and the add in complex carbs for weeks 5 and 6 and then go back to low carb and repeat the cycle. It seems to sorta jolt the body into a loss mode. Granted the hugh early loses are a thing of the past but, this and eating small protein dense "meals" every 3 hours seems to keep the old metabolism firing. d
