Have you been getting enough protein in? Sometimes eating more cals for a few days with 100 grams of protein daily will help from what I have read and have done personally.

Try not to get too discouraged weight does fluctuate by 1-3 lbs on any given day. Watch your salt and keep up with your protein and low on the carbs...you'll see 170's again soon.
