I am 2 weeks post op and have lost about 10kg ( 20 lbs) as i am still on liquids and also started 45 minutes on treadmill i feel fine touch wood no problems.

DO you thinks the weight loss is a bit fast or is this normal..

Including pre-op 1 week on liquids i have lost approximately 32 lbs in 3 weeks.

Would appreciate any comments..

That seems normal to me, everyone loses at a different pace.. just keep moving forward and let the tool help you lose it...

This seems like a lot of weight quickly, but everyone loses at a different pace so I can't say if it's normal or not.

If you're doing everything you're supposed to, then that's great for you that you're losing so quickly!!! :)

Yep, that's exactly what I'd lost by the end of week 2. We are on the faster side of normal, but still normal!! (and I'd lost 30 lbs pre-surgery)

I agree with JJ - I lost about 18lbs my first two weeks and then about 3lbs this week for my new total (as of today) of 20.2lbs in 3 weeks. I wouldn't worry ;)
