Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.

Get the kidsor grandkids, or borrow a friends kids and go out and throw a ball around, or a frisbee, take a zumba class, or a yoga class, try all kinds and find something that is fun that you can stick with.
I personally like to bike. I love getting on my bike and the feeling of riding for miles and the wind rushing by as I fly down hills, and climbing up hills and eventuallly getting to the top of one I couldn't make it up before. It's peaceful and gives me time to think and pray while I am out pedalling. To me it's fun.
Set a goal and you'll be more likely to stick to it. Get a pedometer and aim for 10000 steps a day, just add steps to your daily routine. You might be amazed at how much activity you are already doing!
Good Luck!
