So glad this site was recommended to me. I've been reading many posts and realize so much of what I am feeling is absolutely normal. Whew - I thought I was losing my mind questioning why I did this - like, "poor me, I can't have that." It's so easy to fall into that mindset, but I come here and find refuge. There is hope! I didn't anticipate being in pain after surgery and am finally feeling better. Thanks to all who have gone before me!
