Today makes 2 years since I had my gastric sleeve surgery. I had some ups and downs and not where I want to be yet but not where I started at either. Really going to buckle down and stay strict, leave the alcohol alone and eat healthier. People think wls is easy but it isn't a easy way out you really have to work hard to maintain it.
CONGRATS on your two year marker!!! Yeah, it is a fight we will fight, for the rest of our lives!!
I started a FB group for people who are wanting to, or have, added weights to their work out... come poke around and see if its something for you. Might be what you need to help get you where you want to be!
