Yay!! I had my appt and am doing well. I'm really happy that I can start with protein shakes, yogurt, pudding and thin soups. I can also start on my vitamins so I should start to have more energy. And the best part is that I lost 18 lbs since surgery!!!!! I started as a light weight at 210 so that amount is huge, I'm only 5"2 however. And my diabetes is gone which is the main reason I did this because nothing had been working for years as far as weight loss. All of my auto immune joint pain is gone. I'm not on any pain meds anymore and hopefully wont need my humira injection again! My asthma is already better and I plan to get off my cpap machine soon. I am so happy that I did this!!!!

Great job 18lbs in two weeks!
About the Cpap, my sleep doctor said after I reach my goal the surgeon has set for in a year, that I will then be tested again with a sleep study to see if I can be taken off. So make sure you have safe clearance by your sleep doctor even if you feel good.
