eating well. Are you happy with the weight are at? If you are then I would try to maintain what you have lost. Dont loose any more.
I would perhaps have a discussion with the head of the weight loss team one-on-one about your concerns for the credentials of this person also, if you can perhaps get a second opinion from another nutritionist and see what a fresh perspective says about it.

That said, I've fallen madly in love with peanut butter since surgery and eat 2 tablespoons (off a spoon) most days. It fits in my cals/carbs/fatsand makes me happy. So if you aactually want to eat some pb then you certainly can. But no one should force you.
