I am due to have gbp in may.what are some of the most healthy things I should be doing? & I'm freaking out about losing my hair the Dr.said you wont if you follow the rules but I know a few that it happened to. ?????

Well first - keep reading this board. Learn as much as you can now. As for healthy things you can be doing now - eat lots of protein, drink lots of water and exercise. Keep to that and you will do fine.

Start taking Biotin and using Nioxin shampoo and conditioner. Most people do experience some degree of hair loss but it's temporary.

Healthy routines, eating, exercising, sleeping.

Hair loss is not profound but temporary.
