I had my surgery on 4/19. I can eat most things, but never feel great after eating. Give it a few minutes like 15 and I am fine. I find I drink my protein shakes when I just don't want to eat. Will this end? Months into it like 6 maybe can most people eat most things and feel normal after eating? I went to a birthday party on Saturday, I had some chicken salad, and some pasta salad and I felt fine really, but just not normal. Wondering if that will ever happen again.
I don't have any issues with meats, legumes, or other proteins with a bite or 2 of low carb veggies or fruit.
Otherwise, I hear we will nearly be able to eat anything (in moderate quantities) down the road. Hope this helps.
