first off i am so mad because i had been at a stall off n on for the past month...as soon as this weekend came I dropped two pounds with my working out....then here comes Mrs. Flow....shoot...now I have to wait till the week is over to see if I actually lost more when the water weight n bloating goes away...dirn it....

I am always good for at least 3 pounds of water every month of the world, which makes me feel like I am going back to step one again, and again...

FYI: After Flo left me last time, I dropped 5 pounds the next week. Hope it's the same for you!

I have to say that I'm actually hoping that one of the benefits of having this surgery is that I will have a visit from Flo. I've never had a regular life in that sense (not that I'm complaining) but when you want to get pregnant it's a problem. I'm hoping that once I reach goal weight I'll actually be able to get pregnant and I'm hoping the surgery will help me fix that problem.

well Brenna in your case I hope it works out for you...i got my tubes tied in 2009 and am glad not to be able to have any more children...i have enough and then some....I don't mind Flow coming but shoot I was just started to lose again so it could of waited til next week lol!

I can imagine, I would feel the exact same way! I've sat at the same weight for the past three days and it's making me crazy. I'm hoping coming back to work today and having more movement will help.
