sitting here sipping cocoa and listening to Amanda Perez on Pandora.....wishing I was dropping more weight than the -54 I have...the 26 will be 5 months...i guess my muscle mass is making the numbers not drop because I exercise 5x or more a week....hmmmm o well have a blessed day!
When you are not dropping weight off on the scale you are probably losing inches. That I know for a fact based on your gorgeous pic last week. Don't let the numbers on the scale define you. You keep working it b/c you know this works and if there's anything this whole process has taught me is patience.
Instead of weighing yourself keep track of your inches lost by measuring yourself if you already don't.
