So I'm a juicer and I drink thus shit call "green drink".
It mainly grasses and stuff I can't spell but all I know is most animals way stronger than us eat all the shit in it. Now I've tested my blood since rebirth and the idiots incharge of my life tell me I'm totally balanced. I've never taken a multi since they sliced me.

So you can try a few to compare :)
What kind of green drink do you drink? Do you juice it or blend it on your own? If so, which do you do: juice or blend? Or is it a ready-made thing you purchase like Naked's Green Machine green juice? I have been trying to find someone who is juicing post-op so I am excited you posted this. I would love to know what's working for you.
I really enjoy green smoothies which I make with half fruit and half leafy greens (like spinach, parsley, dandelion greens, kale...). I have been hoping that these will work for me post-op.
Thanks for your feedback.

Now for the B complex, i take whatever Costco sells, and it is nasty -- I swallow it with water, so it goes down quickly, but it smells pretty bad.
But you don't want to stop taking them, the results of a vitamin deficiency is worse that the smell of the B complex, trust me on this.
Hope this helps. :-)
