I am 11 months out today and just wanted to share it with you guys. I can't believe how quickly time flies and next month it will be a year. I have to give a special thank you too IMJJ4SHORT, this special woman has been in my corner from day one and for the last few days has been motivating and giving me the best advice I could ever ask for, so I can reach my goals. So I usually don't set goals for myself but I am starting and come Sept 5, 2013 I am planning to be 25lbs lighter, I know with hard work, dedication and you guys in my corner cheering me on it can and will be done. I love you all and have a great day.

Good luck with your goal! I too will be celebrating my one year surgeversary next month - September 25th for me. It is hard to believe it has been a year already! It has gone by so fast.

Chocolate-I am doing great. Just working on maintaining my weight loss and working out 3-4 times a week at the gym. I still do my morning workout at home too. Loving my new gym and the dynamic training I've been doing the last 3 weeks or so. This is the last week for the freebies of it so I am gonna miss it alot. It is pricey though over $100 a month plus the gym membership fee of $43. I am hoping they run a special on it soon so I can buy a month or two of classes of it then!
