Ok, to all of you pre surgery, and newly post surgery, I am posting my new photo. I was scared to have this surgery and looked for inspiration on DS to make the decision. I owe my success to liquid protein, therapy and following my program from my weight loss clinic exactly as prescribed. I want to lose an additional 48 pounds, and never thought I would be writing this kind of results this quickly, but the great advice here on DS is what really got me motivated. "don't waste the gift" is what kept playing over and over in my head. Thank you to all on here that told me the first 18 months were a honeymoon. To all of you that told me the first 6 months were the easiest. Each and every day your inspiration kept me on track.
