make sure your sip sip siping during the day and your water should also not be to much of a problem...you dot have to sit and drink a 8 oz cup at a time just while watching tv or what ever i carry water everywhere ......store doctors exercising and im 4 years out. if it is to much of a issue id say call your nut for more suggestions. that is what they are thee for . you need your nutrition but you also should not be stressing your pouch . :) good luck
Congrats on getting to start on puree....I was so sick of liquids that was a real treat!
Always listen to your body and stop eating when you first get a soft cue that indicates that you are full.
I'm more than four years post op, and I still cannot eat enough solid foods to get all my protein in that way. So I have at least one protein shake each day. That works for me. :)
