I thought I'd post so some of the people who just had surgery or are on the fence here is my results so far.
I'm 5'5" Bypass Surgery Dec 29th, 2013
Before I started this journey I weighted 243 pounds.
After the pre-op diet and day of surgery 232 pounds.
Today 1 month later I weight 217 pounds.
It's working!!!!!!!!
