My only hope is for you to find that peace by letting it go, let it all go...
Keep coming back and share your story, we understand your trouble. We are all in this together!

I know how hard it is to stay quit. I have quit for 4 months & relapsed...and more recently I quit for 6 months and slipped. It took me many, many tries to even reach that first quit of 4 months.
Just remember this...you only fail if you stop trying to quit.
Don't give up on yourself...YOU are worth it.
If I were you, I would sit down and write a list of healthy, fun alternatives to gambling. It could be from cleaning around the house to going to the movies or catching a nap. Rediscover your old hobbies. Secondly, I would write a letter to yourself describing exactly how you feel after a big loss and force yourself to read BEFORE you make the decision to gamble again.
You CAN do this. Keep trying. Don't give up and say "uncle" :o)
