Several years ago, a GA brother was given a terminal medical diagnosis. He had struggled for years with this disease but when his time came he left gamble free.
It gets discouraging but always put one step in front of the other and keep moving toward recovery.
I will forever be a compulsive gambler but I don't have to be gambling.
However, if you keep gambling you will always lose, there will never be enough

Yes I admit now I am a compulsive gambler but no longer wish to gamble. I'm only 11 days clean but I already feel better. I recently bought some books and started reading. One of the books I am reading is by Bill Lee and the title is Born To Lose. It is his memoirs of a compulsive gambler. A great read. I found it on Ebay. Maybe it will help you not to give up and to know there is hope. Just remember you are not alone in this fight. We are all in it together and here for each other.
