What an emotional day! I just signed myself out of all of the PA casinos for 5 years. Hopefully, by doing this I will show myself and everyone else that is involved in my life how committed I am about leading a life free of gambling. It is a huge step for me, and I am glad that I did it. I went from 17 months being free from gambling to 10 days because I had a relapse on May 11. It was time that I did this for myself!
17mos is already an achievement.

Congratulations on taking that step! As I think we discussed in the past, a friend of mine took on the challenge to self-exclude from everywhere last year and it really was a terrific experience for him, because hey you never know when you're going to be somewhere at the wrong time. It also gives you an insight into how other places look at our addiction- an eye opener to say the least.

I signed out of the PA casinos, too. It was worked wonders for me. It gave me some much-needed breathing room to clear my head and get a handle on my problem. It is really empowering.
I've heard that PA is really strict on enforcement as well - they do arrest you.
My only regret is that I didn't do it much sooner!!
