For me the best time to call someone is when you first start to have thoughts of planning to go in your head. The more you put attention on those thoughts it gets to the point where you won't call anyone and just go and then once you're in the Casino, you really go nuts and don't leave until the money is gone Even when you win, you lose.
The best thing to do always is stay out of those places, it makes the addiction stronger. You can do it!
