The idea that we can do what ever we want when ever we want is ridiculous. There are too many factors that play apart in our lives.
The moment we wake up we have to give today a purpose. As people with an addiction, we just do not have the luxury of making the right decisions and gliding through today.
Ask yourself, Who do I want to be today?
A giver or a taker.
A lovely person or a hateful person,
A person with hope or a person in despair.
A person with a great future or a person with sad tomorrows.
(You can come up with your own, these are mine for today)
This morning I started out by balancing my check book and realizing I just may have a little extra.
This sent my mind into all sorts of stinken thinken. What do I do with money?
After entertaining the thought of gambling I had to make a new Purpose to my thoughts
When I was not in my addiction I had money to meet the needs of others. This addiction is greedy, it wants what it wants and that is ALL OF IT!
Today I purpose to be a giver, I will not give my money to a greedy, selfish, unkind, lying addiction.
Let us all Purpose to be healthy and GF this weekend.

I will expect the best out of people around me today and out of the day itself. If I were doing any better, there would be two of me. Today I will intentionally set out to be positive and uplifting to myself and fellow human beings.
