Now it doesn't bring me much emotion. I have them all over my house, they not addressed to me mainly to my ex-husband, but it still brings memories.
And question what I ask myself now is: What was it so entertaining in there, that I thought I can't live without it? And the more I look at them, the more it becomes simple and not interesting, more like some childs silly game ... sort of. How long you can play a doll house being 39 years old? At least it is not me.
I want to love, I want to be loved, I want to see places, exercise is I can, have a good time healthy way, feeling good about myself, etc. Flyers from casino don't fit in any of this. To be in a confined space, full of smoke, throw my money down the drain, slowly degenerating... no I don't want to go that route again. So, now I don't get angry when I receive those mail from casinos, I just put them in a recycle container, without ripping them out or expressing any kind of anger towards the fact anymore.
