While I am a member of these groups, I am far more comfortable with Daily Strength. Some of these have live chat and are definitely helpful. When I first sought out help DS was where I first landed and made so many wonderful, valued friends. I found the other forums when DS was having problems. I couldn't get on and it was a holiday. So high-stress, with the urges coming hard and fast. Good luck with those others and hopefully you will be successful this time out. Although I don't come here like I used to, I still get a lot out of this group! Hugs, ~atticus
