One of my coworkers lost his brother to suicide last week. The family is just now learning that a bullet took away his breath, but gambling took away hs life...let us all be reminded how dangerous our addiction really is....

Sadly, we often run from human contact to avoid our feelings and growth and change it difficult at best, in isolation.
My heart goes out to his family and friends and I know, that I narrowly escaped such an end.
