Hi all. It feels good to join this group and to be part of it. Before I joined, I read some of the posts from this support group and I decided to join since I can relate in many ways with everything you guys are going through. I read some of the goodbye letters and I felt sense of relief knowing I am not alone. To be honest, today is my first day of being gambling free and I intend for it to stay that way forever. I will post every day on here and hopefully talk to some of you through here. Enough with lies, deception and ruinning of my life and lives of others. Wish me luck as I wish for all of you. Thank you
I am quite new to this group as well and I also struggle to be gambling free one day at the time. I read many posts, they do help in knowing it is not just me in this. Read, read and fight with all you have to free yourself from this demon.
Days will add up, you will see, just tell yourself in the morning "I will NOT gamble today, that's all you need to say and when tomorrow comes you tell yourself the same thing.

I’m so glad you’re here, this lovely group of people have helped me more than words can say. We are not alone. This addiction is more horrible than words can say. But there is hope and strength in numbers. I believe it’s a love thing. Never give up on yourself because you are worth it!
