It sounds like you had a good stretch of gamble free time. Think about how you started "drifting back into gambling" and try to use that knowledge to stop it from happening again.

What do I do ?
Oh well, its in the past.... I cant re-do what has been done. What I can do is to make sure I dont gamble today and take the necessary steps to ensure that I get myself healthy so that I can be there for my family in the ways that they need me.
