Hey there lhbyrdie, I check in here almost every day. I'd be happy to help out. Just send me a PM if you want to talk. I will get back to you as soon as I can. I had several people on here listening to me when I was first trying to quit. It helped me to see things from their point of view. 2) Check out Gamtalk which is a site out of Montreal Canada that
has a 24/7 chat room and several online GA type meetings.
I am in chat room off and on Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm est
