The fact that you are allowing yourself to process it, is healthy. It is pretty hard to just "let go" of that kind of hurt, and I am sure there will be some grieving that will take place as well. You will process it and be able to thank God for the truth having come out, when the time is right.
One of the joys of being in recovery is that we see things so much clearer because we are not in the blur of trying to "fix" our latest binge, or trying to remember what lie we told to who. We aren't daily beating ourselves up, and we start to realize we are worth something and don't accept other people treating us poorly either.
