Go to the local volunteer center and ask what you can do for someone else. Get you mind off of YOU.
Also, please be sure that you cannot get any money.
Limit your daily funds from the bank, give it to someone, whatever.
Keep reading these posts, go back and read the relapses and the remorse and the regret and it will help "cement' your mind against ever going back to that money pit, life stealing, mind-boggling, insanity creating hole in the ground.

Awwwww thanks so much guys! I made it through the evening gamble free! Very weird though. Thenewway your post about talking to God.well I decided to wash down all of my counter tops in the kitchen and turned my country music up LOUD. I heard a funny high pitch noise over it. I turned music down and it was my carbon monoxide detector going off. I went up and dragged my chair out and climbed on it with my large walking cast on to reset it. I did and put the chair back got half way down stairs and it started again. I called local gas company as I started to have a headache they called fire department and for the next two hours I was busy dealing with fire department and gas company. I totally forgot about gambling! Interesting stuff.

Mental cartwheels.
