I miss posting here. But I come and visit everyday.
I just want to let you all know of a good news, I would be having my Canadian Citizenship oath taking next week, and I'd be getting married in December :)
Without gambling, my life is fixing itself. I am not saying that there isn't pain nor struggle. But that is just life. When we gamble, we are numb, and totally withdrawn ourselves with all kinds of feelings.
I am happy to be Day 115 Gamble Free. I must admit, I have never been this Gamble free in my 4 years struggling this addiction. I believe that this forum, this website and sincere people here have helped me a lot.
I thank you all, from the bottom of my heart :)

On the 20th of September, I will be 9 months gambling-free. I am amazed at how much better my life has become! I am still fixing the financial damage, but it is well under control at this point and there is an ever brightening light at the end of the tunnel.
I am also doing much better with the regret. I worked very hard to find a place for this experience in my life. It was horrible, but it also forced me to deal with other issues that were holding me back.
To all that are struggling - stay in the fight. Throw every weapon at your disposal at it. Fight it like you are fighting for your very life because that is what is at stake. I can't promise you that it will be easy, or without setbacks, but I can promise you that it is worth it!
